Terms of service

These terms apply when you or your business use Wagio. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and make sure the information you capture is accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your team.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in South African rand. Introductory prices apply for the first two months, after which the standard monthly price applies. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid month.

Payroll, tax and VAT figures

Wagio calculates PAYE, UIF, SDL, VAT and reports using current SARS tables and the information you provide. These figures are a tool to help you, not tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your submissions to SARS and the Department of Employment and Labour, and we recommend an accountant reviews them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wagio for unlawful purposes, to store information you have no right to process, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We handle it as described in our privacy policy. You can export your records and ask us to close your account.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Wagio available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will let you know about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
